One request handles it all, whether you are filing a warranty claim or sending a unit in for repair. Complete the form and ship it to us.
The standard warranty is 3 years, extendable up to 5 years. Select products include a 5-year warranty. Complimentary swap-pool support is available on qualifying projects. Please contact us for more information and refer to the product specification sheets for warranty details.
How it works
Three simple steps.

Submit the request
Choose warranty or repair, and tell us the product, serial number and what is wrong.
2
Ship it prepaid
Send the unit prepaid, as collect shipments cannot be accepted, to our facility below.
3
We assess and return
In-warranty repairs ship back prepaid at no cost. Any out-of-warranty work is quoted for approval before we proceed.
