Common Pixels takes non-compliance with this policy seriously. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment or contract. All employees and contractors are expected to cooperate fully with any investigation into breaches of this policy. Non-compliance with investigation procedures will also result in disciplinary action.

HANDLING COMPLAINTS

Appealing the Decision

If you are unhappy with the outcome of an investigation, you may appeal to the HR Director, providing your reasons. The appeal will be conducted by the HR Director and an independent senior manager, and the outcome will be final.
