Traditional LED screens often struggle to represent these subtle variations accurately, leading to issues like banding and color bleeding. ProDepth™ revolutionizes this by precisely controlling brightness down to 0.002 nits, ensuring seamless gradients and eliminating these common problems.

Our LEDs support up to 22 color bits, ensuring they meet high-performance requirements. If your color settings use 8 bits or less, you might notice banding in the grayscale areas. For optimal performance, we recommend a color depth of at least 10 bits.

ProDepth™ vs. Traditional LEDs

Traditional LED screens use Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) to control brightness, which can create visible artifacts and distort colors. This leads to the “puddling phenomenon,” where different colors merge and lose their distinctiveness.
